Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
01. Do I need to stop services with my dentist in order to have treatment with you?
Absolutely not! We encourage you to see your dentist for regular exams. Every 6-12 months depending on your needs.
02. What if I need dental work done? (i.e., fillings, crowns)
We clean around existing decay without causing pain. We will refer as needed to general dentists and specialists. Also, If we see anything suspicious we will inform you and it can be taken care of before it causes pain.
03. Will my insurance cover my visit?
If you have insurance through a group plan will bill them for you as a courtesy. RDHAP’s are considered an out of network/non-participating provider through most insurance companies. We take payment at time of service. Reimbursement will be sent once your insurance has covered their portion.
04. What type of room/area is needed to provide care?
We have designated rooms in each of our collaborating facilities. For in-home care we can provide care directly at bedside or wheelchair if needed. Our equipment is small, portable, safe and comfortable.
